There's No Taming The Ocean
People say they want depth,
but do they realize that depth is the ocean
with all of it’s tides,
not just the sand on the shore-
but the chaos caused by sea storms
and tsunamis.
Depth is the drowned lungs,
the sunken ship,
the memorabilia lost beneath the surface.
The ocean floor - finding very little light.
Don’t ask for my depth if you expect to take the sea-
and tame it.
